Our mission at Council Elementary Middle School is to work cooperatively with parents and community leaders to assist students in their intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development. We strive to accomplish this by providing a safe, positive, and challenging environment in which individual students can become responsible and productive citizens in the 21st century while attaining their individual goals.
